But for those who consider their paradise to be true seclusion, a warm family welcome and piles of tasty food made from ingredients grown (or caught) on site, then Oravae is indeed your paradise. The raw beauty of Oravae Cottage and the hospitality of Patson and his family was something that we have never experienced in all our travels. Often searched but rarely found, our “Island Paradise” experience in April 2011 was simple perfect. Warm crystal clear waters made for perfect snorkelling and with world class diving only 5 mins away, you almost couldn’t dream of a better location. A back-drop of a huge volcano in the distance and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets has left us with a desire to return every year to Oravae Cottage. April 2011
